PRICES, PACKAGES & COLLECTIONS: All prices, package offers and collections are subject to change at any time without notice. Only prices locked into a signed contract will be honored. 3. BOOKING: $500 books your date on a first come, first served basis and will count as a deducted payment towards your final balance. All payments shall be completed before the event day. 4. FINE ART PRINTS: Fine art prints are professionally printed images on professional grade paper with fine/linen texture. Large Fine Art Prints are all professionally mounted on board unless otherwise specified by your contract. LARGE FINE ART PRINTS AVAILABLE SIZES: 16×20 or 16×24 (Included). Add $100 for 20×24 Add $200 for 20×30, 24×30 Add $250 for 30×40. MID SIZE AVAILABLE PRINT SIZES: 8×10 or 8×12. Add $25 for 11×14 or 10×15 5. FRAMING IS NOT PROVIDED: Frames and/or framing are not provided, are not paid for by the photographer and are not part of any photography collections/packages within this entire contract. Any suggestions regarding frames/framing and/or framing stores are meant to better guide our clients. 6. ALL YOUR PICTURES: Up to 500 pictures will be delivered per event. All your pictures will be color corrected and cropped and initially delivered as an online proof. Additional retouching (“photoshop work”) is very limited and always rendered for an additional charge, depending on the requested type of work. It’s up to the photographer to honor such request. Once approved by our clients, all your full resolution, non-watermarked pictures will be delivered to you in a disc or usb storage device with your print rights.
DISCLAIMER
LIMITED LIABILITY: Although the photographer shall take due care to perform photography services pursuant to this agreement, the photographer’s liability for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver contracted photographs (including for acts of God, terrorism, accident, illness, equipment failure, or any incident of unpredictable misfortune) shall be limited to the return of certain payments made pursuant to this agreement.
